Job Description: As a Government Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing government actions, policies, and initiatives. Your primary focus will be to develop and pitch innovative ideas to government bodies and ensure that the right stakeholders are involved in the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on government policies, programs, and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities where the company's solutions can align with government priorities and initiatives.
• Develop strategic ideas and proposals to pitch to government bodies.
• Ensure that proposals are well-prepared, compelling, and aligned with government objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine ideas and strategies.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders within the government and other relevant organizations.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on political and regulatory developments that may impact the company’s initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in government relations, public policy, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with government officials and other key stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local and national government structures and processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in developing and pitching proposals to government bodies.
