We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or marketing and a proven track record in generating high-quality leads. They will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, nurturing leads, and setting up sales appointments. This role requires excellent communication, research, and networking skills, as well as a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential B2B clients in the target market using various tools and techniques such as LinkedIn, industry-specific websites, and online directories.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting techniques, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Utilize CRM software to track, manage, and analyze lead data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and targeted content to build relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Schedule sales appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring a seamless handover.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and continuously improve the lead qualification process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and achieving targets.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Proficient in research and data analysis, with experience using CRM software.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn, with a strong desire to stay current on industry trends and technologies.
