Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions for new roles.
Employee Relations
- Resolve workplace conflicts and manage employee grievances.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Training and Development
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding.
- Develop training programs for skill enhancement.
Performance Management
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal cycles.
- Develop and monitor performance improvement plans.
Compensation and Benefits
- Design and update salary structures.
- Administer employee benefits like health insurance and retirement plans.
Legal and Compliance
- Ensure the company complies with all local and national labor laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
Strategy and Planning
- Assist in workforce planning and budgeting.
- Contribute to the development of the company’s culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
