Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions for new roles.
Employee Relations
  • Resolve workplace conflicts and manage employee grievances.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Training and Development
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding.
  • Develop training programs for skill enhancement.
Performance Management
  • Implement and oversee performance appraisal cycles.
  • Develop and monitor performance improvement plans.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Design and update salary structures.
  • Administer employee benefits like health insurance and retirement plans.
Legal and Compliance
  • Ensure the company complies with all local and national labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
Strategy and Planning
  • Assist in workforce planning and budgeting.
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s culture.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
