Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the technology staffing needs of our organization. You will collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand the IT department's requirements, screen potential candidates, conduct interviews, and assist in the recruitment process from start to finish. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to source potential IT candidates with the appropriate skills and experience.

  2. Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, assess candidate qualifications, and conduct initial phone screenings to determine suitability for the IT roles based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  3. Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews, both in-person and remotely, to evaluate candidates' technical competencies, motivation, and alignment with our company values.

  4. Maintaining Candidate Database: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.

  5. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand IT department requirements and establish recruitment strategies.

  6. Job Postings: Write and post clear and engaging job descriptions on various job boards and internal communication channels.
    Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT roles, technology trends, and relevant technical terminologies will be advantageous.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess candidate suitability for specific IT positions.

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in recruitment practices and IT industry dynamics.
