All Time Design is a pioneering subscription-based design firm offering unlimited designs for a consistent monthly fee. We are in search of a talented and motivated Sales Representative targeting the B2B segment to join our team, focusing on reaching potential leads in the U.S. market.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to prospective B2B clients in the U.S., generating interest in All Time Design's services.
Identify and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and follow up with potential clients.
Utilise CRM to track and manage leads.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Work collaboratively with other functional teams.
Adhere to company policies and maintain All Time Design's reputation and values.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's degree.
1-3 years of experience in inside sales and cold calling, preferably in the US market.
Strong English communication skills with a neutral accent.
Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and VoIP tools.
Willingness to work night shifts to align with U.S. business hours.
